2 pouches of Only Organic Mango, Carrot, Coconut Milk & Turmeric 100g
1 tbsp chia seeds
5 tbsp gelatine
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional for over 12m+)

Serves: 8
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes cooking, plus 2 hours to set.

Method

Add the pouches to a saucepan along with the chia seeds, maple syrup, and gelatine.

Whisk briskly over medium heat until the mixture is well combined and smooth.

Line a baking tray with baking paper, then pour the mixture onto it and spread evenly into a thin layer.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set, then cut into your desired shapes.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
