2 tbsp almond butter or seed butter
5 cups oat flour (blend oats into a fine flour consistency; plus, extra for rolling)
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until a dough forms — you may need to use your hands.
Lightly flour your bench, then roll out the dough to approximately 1 cm thick.
Use festive cookie cutters to cut out biscuits. Gather any excess dough, re-roll, and repeat.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cooked through.
