120g of Only Organic Chicken, Sweetcorn & Brown Rice Pouch
4 eggs
1/2 cup of grated cheese
Handful of parsley
Heat the oven to 200°C. Grease a 12 cup capacity mini muffin pan.
In a bowl whisk the eggs and mix in the pouch of chicken, sweetcorn and brown rice.
Mix in the cheese. Season lightly with salt if you want to.
Spoon the mixture into the muffin pan and then sprinkle with a little parsley.
Bake for 15 minutes until puffed and springy.
Cool for a few minutes before serving warm or cool to room temperature.
Store in the fridge for a day or two or freeze for longer storage.
