Ingredients

1 pouch of Only Organic Baby Chicken, Coconut, Quinoa & Turmeric 220g
1 egg
2 tsp garlic powder
2 rows of Ceres Organics Brown Rice Cakes, blitzed into crumbs (or 1/4 cup flour)
2 tbsp grated parmesan

Fritter Bites

Serves: 2 – 3
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes

Method

Add everything to a large bowl and mix until well combined.

Heat a large pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil. Spoon small amounts of the fritter mixture into the pan — keep them small for little hands!

Cook until golden on each side.

Serve with fresh cucumber, avocado, and your child’s favourite dipping sauce.

Perfect for lunch, dinner, or even a snack — crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and ideal for little people to enjoy!
