Ingredients

1 pouch of Only Organic Cauliflower, Broccoli & Cheddar 120g
1/2 cup wholemeal flour
1 egg

Cauliflower, Broccoli & Cheddar Fritters

Serves: 8
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 2 – 3 minutes on each side.

Method

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan and gently press to flatten.

Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Makes 6 tasty fritters full of goodness!
