Wet Ingredients
1 pouch of Only Organic Coconut, Banana & Acai 100g
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp of your nut butter of choice
2 tbsp coconut oil
Dry Ingredients
2 cups rice crisps
1 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp pumpkin seed
Place all dry ingredients into a bowl, mix, and set aside.
Combine all wet ingredients in a pot over low heat, stirring until well mixed.
Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Line a baking tray and pour in the rice crispy mixture. Spread it evenly to about 1 cm thick and press down firmly.
Refrigerate overnight to set or freeze for 2–3 hours to speed up the process.
Once set, cut into squares.
