3/4 cup almond meal
3/4 buckwheat flour (or flour of your choice)
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp flaxseed or hemp seeds
Chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients (except the chocolate chips) and mix until a dough forms.
Shape the dough and place it onto a lined baking tray. If using, sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until lightly golden.
