Pancake Mix
1 pouch of Only Organic Pear, Banana & Apple 120g
2 tbsp chickpea flour
1 egg
Blueberry Chia Sauce
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Harker Herbals Immune Build (serving based on age)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup hot water
1 tsp maple syrup (optional for 12m+)
In a saucepan, heat the blueberries, hot water, chia seeds, and maple syrup until boiling.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 3–5 minutes, or until the mixture begins to thicken.
Stir in the Harker Herbals Immune Build, then set aside to cool.
Combine all pancake ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Cook the batter in a frying pan until golden brown, then serve with the blueberry chia sauce.
