¾ cup rolled oats
2 carrots, grated
4 tablespoons shredded coconut
Pinch of salt
½ cup pitted dates
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup walnuts
4 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
Add all ingredients into the food processor or blend. Blend until finely ground.
Roll 10 balls by hand.
Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge.
