Ingredients

1 pouch of Only Organic Raspberry, Date, Oat Milk & Goji 100g
1/4 cup of organic rolled oats
1/4 cup organic almond meal
1 tbsp hemp protein powder
desiccated coconut to coat

Serves: 12
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

Method

Add all ingredients (except the coconut) to a food processor and blend until fully combined.

Roll the mixture into balls, then coat each one in desiccated coconut.

Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days or freeze for longer storage.
