2 medium bananas
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp nut butter (optional)
Cut the bananas into roughly 1cm slices.
To make your chocolate sauce add the cacao powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil and hot water into a bowl.
Add a thin layer of nut butter to one side of the banana then an another slice on top.
Dip the bananas in chocolate sauce and put on a tray covered with baking paper.
Place your tray in the freezer for 30-45 minutes or until set.
