Ingredients

1 Only Organic Banana Raspberry & Vanilla Pouch
250 ml unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
3 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
100g raspberries
100g blueberries
1 banana, sliced

Banana & Raspberry Chia Pudding

Serves: 4
Cook time: 10

Method

In a medium bowl or jar, whisk together the banana, raspberry & vanilla pouch, almond milk, chia seeds, and vanilla extract until fully combined.

Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until thickened to a pudding consistency.

Stir the pudding well, then spoon into bowls or glasses.

Top with fresh berries and banana slices
