Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Chocolate Avocado Mousse


 (Makes 2-3 small serves)

1 medium-size avocado, skin and seed removed

4 medjool dates, pitted

3 tbsp cocoa or raw cacao powder

1-4 tbsp maple syrup, to taste

Fresh raspberries, to decorate (optional)


Add all ingredients to a food processor or medium-size bowl.

Puree all ingredients with a food processor or stick blender until as smooth as possible.

Decorate with raspberries if desired.
