Green Apple Crumble

YOU WILL NEED

FOR THE FILLING

3 green apples

50 raw sugar

FOR THE CRUMBLE

35g wholemeal flour

35g rolled oats

35g unsalted butter

20g raw sugar

FOR THE TOPPING

1 pouch of Only Organic Vanilla Bean Custard (optional)

 


Preheat the oven to 180°C

Peel and dice the apples.
In a saucepan, put the apples with the sugar and 1 tablespoon of water, cook on low heat to soften slightly.
Put the cooked apples into a small ovenproof baking dish.

In a bowl, put the flour and the rolled oats and mix. Add soft pieces of butter, sugar and rub with your fingertips until you get a crumble texture.

Cover the apples with your crumble mixture.

Bake for 20 minutes until golden.

Serve with our creamy vanilla bean custard for an extra sweet touch!
