MANGO RICE PUDDING CRUMBLE

Introduce your baby to new texture and flavour with this delicious dessert using our only organic mango rice pudding and cereal crumble. Packed with oats to keep those little tummies fuller for longer!

Serves 1

Ideal for toddlers 1yo+

YOU WILL NEED

  • 2 tbsp oats (or substitute with flour of choice if gluten free)

  • 2 tsp flour of choice

  • 2 tsp coconut sugar

  • 1 tsp butter, softened

  • 1 pouch of our Only Organic Mango Rice Pudding

  • 1 tablespoon coconut yoghurt

METHOD

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • Add the oats, flour, sugar and butter to a small bowl. Rub with your fingers until combined. Spread on a lined baking tray and bake for 10 minutes or until golden. Set aside to cool.

  • Add mango rice pudding to a small serving bowl. Top with crumble and coconut yoghurt. Serve immediately.
