I am 3 months pregnant with my first baby and want to stay fit during my pregnancy but at the moment I feel too tired to do anything. Any ideas?

Hi, Congratulations on your pregnancy. Hopefully the feelings of exhaustion and any associated nausea should pass soon as you move into your second trimester. Pregnancy is not a time to take on new exercise regimes, but keeping fit with regular, gentle exercise (swimming, walking, yoga) is great. If you have a particular sport that you regularly participated in prior to pregnancy, check with your GP, midwife or obstetrician to seek advice on whether you should continue (and for how long into your pregnancy). Keeping fit during pregnancy is a great priority for preparing for birth and motherhood. Enjoy!
