When and what and for how long to feed

I give my Son Only Organic First Foods for lunch dinner usually a savoury for lunch and a dessert for dinner should I be giving him a savoury sweet for lunch and the same for dinner?. How long should I keep him on Stage 1 before I start the next stage?
